Frequently Asked Questions

How do I save a restaurant?

Tap the heart icon on any restaurant card. You'll be prompted to create a free account or sign in. Once signed in, your saved restaurants sync across all your devices.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from the app. Open the menu, sign in if you haven't already, and tap Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all saved restaurants. Alternatively, email us at info@outside-eats.com and we will delete your account within 48 hours.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the sign in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password.

How do I report a restaurant listing error?

Email us at info@outside-eats.com with the restaurant name and what needs to be corrected. We review and update listings regularly.

How often is the restaurant data updated?

We update restaurant information on an ongoing basis. New openings, closures, and other changes are added regularly. If you notice something out of date, let us know.

Is Outside Eats available on Android?

Currently Outside Eats is available on iOS. Android support is planned for a future release.
