Michelin Guide recognized restaurant blending authentic regional Indian flavors with fresh California ingredients and modern creativity.

Broadway Masala has served regional Indian cooking in downtown Redwood City since October 2013, and its site states the restaurant has earned four Michelin Guide recognitions, in 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2019. Owner Anupam Bhatia came up through the Taj Ambassador in New Delhi and later managed Amber India before opening the restaurant. Chef Dev Raj learned Indian and Indo-Chinese cooking in Dharamshala and studied Delhi street food and Mughlai cuisine, which shapes the North Indian menu. A full bar, wine and cocktails, and catering round out the offering.
