Independent Pacifica coffee shop and roaster whose espresso bar is built into a vintage 1961 Citroen HY van.
Craftsman Coffee was founded in 2017 by husband and wife Kirk and Judy Hayes, starting as a coffee cart and pop-ups around Pacifica. In 2024 they opened their first brick-and-mortar cafe, a 900-square-foot shop on Francisco Boulevard two blocks from the ocean. The bar is the company's vintage 1961 Citroen HY van, parked permanently inside and fitted with La Marzocco espresso machines and a batch brewer. The shop roasts its own coffee and sells beans and subscriptions.
