Mahasan is a dinner-focused Thai restaurant on East Third Avenue in downtown San Mateo, from a collaboration between the Taste & Glory and Thonglor SF teams. It serves Thai comfort food with homemade curries and sauces, shareable family-style plates and nostalgic desserts. Dishes have included deep-fried garlic prawns, lychee duck curry and burnt-butter toast with vanilla ice cream, alongside Thai iced tea, butterfly-pea lemonade, beer and wine.
