Shampa's Pies is a pie bakery on Palmetto Avenue in Pacifica's Sharp Park area. Its menu covers sweet pies such as bourbon pecan and chocolate cream alongside savory pot pies and hand pies like broccoli-cheddar and margherita pizza. The shop serves Mitchell's Ice Cream and Graffeo coffee. Since July 2026, Saltwater Bakeshop has sold morning pastries at the shop from 7:30 to 10am Thursday through Sunday, taking over from the departed Poore Man Bakery pop-up.
