Specialty pizzas at Aldo's Pizza in San Mateo include the Star of India with green peppers, onions, olives, and pickled jalapenos, a chicken broccoli pie with garlic, parmesan, and romano served with lemon wedges, and a three cheese bianca made without sauce. Regular and thin crust versions are offered across much of the menu, along with a Mexican pizza built on salsa with refried beans and chorizo.
