Bonchon builds its menu on crunchy double-fried Korean chicken, served as wings, drums, strips or boneless with a choice of signature sauces and a side of pickled radish or coleslaw. The Mountain View restaurant also serves bibimbap, bulgogi, buldak with rice cakes, and MoPo corndogs filled with mozzarella and potato cubes, with cinnamon-sugar donuts for dessert. The chain says its name means my hometown in Korean, and it offers party bundles and K-Meals for groups.
