Broma serves bold Iberian flavors drawn from Spain and Portugal inside the Shashi Hotel in Mountain View. The menu comes from Michelin-starred chef Jarad Gallagher and executive chef Aubree Arndt, shaped by their travels through the region, and runs to Galician octopus, duck breast, sherry-braised pork shank, scallops and oysters. Seating includes an outdoor patio and fireplace. The same group runs The Emerald Hour bar and Carte Blanche Cafe.
