Roger is the restaurant inside the Ameswell Hotel in Mountain View, named for the aviation radio term meaning transmission received and understood. The menu covers small bites, salads, and mains such as NY striploin, salmon, tuna, and a burger, plus brunch, wine, beer, and specialty cocktails. Outdoor space includes an Airstream bar and a field set up with cornhole, and the aviation themed Wing Bar sits alongside. The property also runs a seven-course interactive dinner show called 7 Paintings and a casual cafe called The Flyby.
