The menu is kept deliberately short and runs to sweet and savory crepes, omelettes, benedicts, pancakes, French toast, scrambles, salads, sandwiches and pasta. The kitchen uses organic fair-trade coffee, cage-free eggs, ocean-raised Canadian salmon and natural beef raised without antibiotics or hormones, sources produce from local farmers where possible, and makes its dressings, sauces and pancake mix from scratch.
