Build-your-own poke bowl chain on Castro Street with fresh proteins, a wide base selection, and customizable toppings in an efficient fast-casual format.
Poke Bar builds Hawaiian style poke bowls to order, with proteins, mix-ins, sauces, and toppings chosen at the counter. The company traces its roots to Yanagi Sushi, which opened in Northridge, California in 1989, and says it later merged those sushi traditions with Hawaiian poke. Fish is brought in fresh daily. The brand now operates locations across the country and abroad, including one in Mountain View.
