Kemuri Japanese Baru starts from traditional Japanese recipes and mixes in what it calls bold innovation. Beyond the lunch and dinner menus, Kemuri offers a seasonal omakase course and a full omakase, both reserved several days ahead for the entire party. The drink list spans cocktails, whisky, shochu and sake, and the Redwood City dining room can be rented for private events with a custom food and drink menu.
