Serving Belmont since 2017, this sushi bar builds its menu on fresh seasonal Japanese fish. Tastings anchor the list, including a toro flight of salmon toro, chu toro, king salmon toro, hamachi toro and toro-toro, and a six-part salmon tasting with salmon belly, king salmon, ocean trout and arctic char. Other plates include Hokkaido scallop oshizushi pressed with avocado and crab, saba aburi with ponzu, baked mussels and Hokkaido sea urchin, plus omakase and donburi. Dine-in, takeout, delivery, catering and party trays are offered.
