Tandoori Junction opened in February 2025 on W Dana Street in Mountain View, started by cousins Avi Bains and Ranjeet Singh, who brought their grandfather's 28-spice recipe from Gajraula in Uttar Pradesh. That recipe drives the signature chole bhature, spiced chickpeas with fluffy fried bread. The tandoor also turns out chicken legs marinated overnight, achari soya chaap, and garlic naan brushed with garlic butter, alongside butter chicken and dal makhani slow-cooked overnight.
