Tucked into an underground space on Baldwin Avenue in San Mateo, Wunderbar is a 21-and-over cocktail bar where all seating is by reservation, booked up to 21 days ahead with a maximum of five guests per table. The list runs to more than a dozen signature cocktails plus non-alcoholic options such as White Magic, backed by a full spirits, beer, and wine selection. Light snacks are available for purchase and popcorn is complimentary. There is no outdoor seating.
