Michelin-recognized, all-wood-smoked American craft BBQ housed in a historic railroad station steps from Pillar Point Harbor.
Breakwater Barbecue opened in El Granada in 2020, founded by Wyatt Field, whose path ran through San Francisco bartending, butchery training, and running Native Catering before a backyard barbecue class turned him toward traditional offset-smoked barbecue. The menu covers smoked meats and platters along with burgers, sandwiches, tacos, salads, and sides. A smoked meat market operates alongside the Coastal Country Kitchen and sells until it runs out.
