El Toro Loco has served Peruvian food in Pacifica since 1995, blending coastal Peruvian and Mexican traditions in one menu. Dishes named on the site include ceviche, lomo saltado, papa a la huancaina, pan con chicharron, jalea de mariscos, sopa 7 mares and chorrillos a la chalaca, with flan and lucuma ice cream for dessert. The dining room takes an ocean-inspired, casual approach, and there is dog-friendly outdoor seating. Dine-in, takeout and delivery are all available.
