Hidden Tap and Barrel keeps a cocktail bar on University Avenue in Palo Alto, one of nine locations across California, Georgia, Texas and Delaware. The drink list runs to classics and house builds including a University Manhattan with barrel aged bourbon, a Professorville Paloma, and a Palo Alto Old Fashioned barrel aged in house. Whiskey and bourbon flights, margaritas by the glass or the pitcher, and a set of non-alcoholic cocktails fill out the menu.
