Lanzhou beef noodles from Gansu province are the specialty, with hand-pulled wheat noodles served in an aromatic beef broth infused with herbs and spices and finished with sliced beef, green onions, daikon radish and cilantro. Steamed chicken with chili sauce and lamb skewers appear alongside the noodles, and Hong Kong milk tea is on the drink list. The Millbrae shop takes orders online.
