Authentic Hakata style Tonkotsu ramen with rich pork broth boiled for over 20 hours and ultra thin artisanal noodles.
Marufuku serves Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen, with a milky, umami-rich broth made by boiling pork bones for long hours, ultra-thin artisanal noodles matched to that broth, and cha-shu from specially selected pork. A rich white chicken paitan ramen with chicken cha-shu also appears on the menu. Mini-sized rice bowls, izakaya-style appetizers, premium beer and sake fill out the order. Gift cards are sold in store only and not through third-party websites.
