Founders Eric, a former financial consultant, and Carlos, a former software engineer, met at university and traveled through China searching for the most authentic and representative noodles before opening. The result is a Chinese noodle shop with locations in Millbrae, San Mateo and Cupertino. Each location has outdoor dining, and food is available to go.
