Family-owned Vietnamese restaurant serving flavorful pho with rich broth, bun bo hue, banh mi, and charbroiled pork.
Oasis Vietnamese Cuisine gives its Oceana Boulevard menu in Pacifica plenty of depth beyond a single bowl of pho. Rare beef, brisket, chicken, and five-spice chicken noodle soups offer several warming starting points. We like how the same menu also makes room for sandwiches, rice plates, and vermicelli when the craving goes in another direction. Bánh mì choices include barbecue pork, five-spice chicken, and fried tofu, with cucumber, pickled vegetables, cilantro, and jalapeño adding contrast. Charbroiled pork, beef, or shrimp can anchor a rice plate, while vermicelli with imperial rolls and grilled meat brings together different textures. Garlic noodles, beef stew, and steamed rice rolls filled with ground pork provide further variety. Oasis's appeal is this broad Vietnamese selection, allowing a familiar favorite to sit alongside something new in a shared order.
