Ry’s Poke Shack serves Hawaiian-style poke from inside Ava’s Downtown Market at 340 Castro Street in Mountain View. Ryan and Khannie Ching brought the business to the Peninsula after starting a food truck on Oahu. The Mountain View counter offers prepared ahi and salmon poke in several styles, available in bowls or by the pound. Diners can build a meal with rice or spring mix, while Tsunami Nachos offer another way to enjoy the fish. The counter began serving customers in September 2026.
