Sizzling Lunch is a fast casual teppan concept where dishes arrive on a heated plate, cooked on the spot and finished with a garlic butter flavor. Proteins include prime grade beef, kurobuta pork belly, sashimi grade Atlantic salmon, wagyu hamburg steak, and black angus ribeye, plated with green onions, corn, edamame, and mushrooms. Plates can be seasoned with curry powder or shichimi togarashi, and sides run to takoyaki, chicken karaage, and cheese corn.
