Katsu is an Edomae-style omakase counter in Mountain View seating a maximum of eight guests, all reservation only. Chef-owner Katsu Maruyama, who brings more than three decades of experience, builds the menu daily around premium Japanese ingredients and changes it with the seasons using traditional techniques. Diners are seated directly in front of the chef's table.
