Sushi Shin is a Japanese restaurant in Redwood City, California.
Sushi Shin is the first restaurant of chef owner Jason Zhan, who trained in traditional Edomae style sushi under master Hideo Kuribara at Ushiwakamuru in New York and worked at 15 East, Kappo Masa, and O Ya. The Redwood City restaurant opened in January 2020 and earned one Michelin star in September 2021. Lunch and dinner are both served as omakase built on seasonal ocean delicacies, with optional pairings of reserve and supreme sakes.
