The Swell Lounge is the full-service bar at Jettywave Distillery in Half Moon Bay's historic Princeton Harbor, pouring craft cocktails alongside local beers and wines. The women-owned distillery makes small-batch spirits including California botanical gin, barrel finished gin, vodka, a maritime single malt, small batch bourbon, orange liqueur, and absinthe, and grows herbs and botanicals in its outdoor space for use in drinks. Food comes from Gibraltar Gems, serving locally sourced international cuisine from chef Jose Luis, and live music plays in the garden lounge on Sundays. San Francisco Magazine named Jettywave Best Distillery in its 2026 Best of the Bay awards.
