Relaxed downtown wine bar with a hidden garden patio, global wine flights, craft beer, Mediterranean small plates, and a devoted happy hour crowd.
Vino Locale has poured wine in downtown Palo Alto since 2005, with a front patio for happy hour and a back garden set with firepits. The list rotates through varietals by the glass and in custom flights. Food runs from lunch plates such as the Persian burger and sumac falafel to dinner dishes including roasted Mediterranean seabass, sultan kabobs, lobster ravioli, and a ratatouille bake, with cheese and charcuterie platters alongside. Local musicians play in the back garden several nights a week.
