Fast-casual Jewish-inspired counter concept from the Che Fico team at 1300 El Camino Real with mezze, soups, salads, freshly baked breads, and housemade grab-and-go provisions.
Bubbelah is a fast-casual, counter-service concept from Back Home Hospitality, the team behind Che Fico, located at Springline in Menlo Park. Chef David Nayfeld built a Mediterranean-inspired menu rooted in Jewish culinary traditions, running from mezze, soups and salads to freshly baked breads, meats, fish and desserts. The room seats up to 50 and pours cocktails, wine and house-made non-alcoholic drinks, while a curated larder stocks grab-and-go items and Che Fico retail sauces, pastas and soups. A walk-up gelato window faces El Camino Real.
