Barebottle Brewing Company has brewed in San Francisco since 2016 and runs a taproom and beer garden in Menlo Park. The brewery grew out of homebrewing, and it still pilot brews a group of finalist recipes and asks the public to vote on which ones win, printing a five gallon recipe on every can. Beyond beer, Barebottle roasts its own coffee and has made wine since 2019.
