Daily cliff-side coffee roasting ensures fresh locally roasted organic beans.

Beans are roasted daily at a cliff-side roaster in Pacifica and sourced from farmers the company says practice organic and ecologically conscious growing methods. The Burlingame cafe is one of six Bay Area locations and the only one serving the Buddha Bowl, made with honey-garlic seasoned tofu, tricolor quinoa, carrots, cucumbers, avocado, and organic microgreens. Bakery offerings include cakes, tea cookies, petit fours, strudels, and tarts. The roaster hosts classes, exhibitions, and cuppings.
