Crepes lead a menu that also runs to egg dishes, salmon, and beef at this family-owned eatery, one of eight California locations including Burlingame. Sourcing is spelled out on the menu: organic fair-trade coffee, cage-free farm eggs, ocean-raised Canadian salmon, and beef raised without antibiotics or hormones. Produce comes from local farmers when possible, and dressings, sauces, and pancake mix are made in house from scratch.
