Authentic Yucatan flavors with traditional recipes featuring annatto seeds, naranja agria, and fire charred chiles with a Bay Area twist.
Yucatan Maya cooking is the specialty, built on annatto seeds, naranja agria and fire-charred chiles. Sergio, who is from Merida, Yucatan, and Karen launched the family-owned business in 2017 as what the site calls the Bay Area's first Yucatan food truck. Traditional recipes passed down through generations are given what the owners describe as a Bay Area twist. The operation now runs as a food truck, a restaurant and a catering service.
