Refined seafood and tapas spot in Shoreline Station, formerly Romesco Bistro, known for seafood paella, scallops, and lobster bisque.
Evangeline Cuisine has been cooking in Half Moon Bay since 2019, founded by a husband, wife and their son. Paella anchors the menu, made on bomba rice with saffron in seafood, tiger shrimp, lobster tail, chicken, salmon and mixed versions. Starters lean Spanish and coastal, from gambas al ajillo flamed with brandy and patatas bravas to caramelized scallops, local rock cod fish and chips, and raw Kumamoto and Miyagi oysters.
