Fire Hibachi is a food truck founded in 2024 by Yedid Gomez, combining Mexican street food flavors with hibachi-style cooking in downtown Redwood City. Plates include hibachi spicy steak fried rice, chicken teriyaki, and a filet mignon, New York steak and shrimp combination, along with the signature Burribachi hibachi burrito and the Quesabachi quesadilla. Homemade sauces range from chipotle dragon and diablo to roasted garlic butter. The truck also takes catering and private event bookings.
