Traditional Japanese Kaiseki showcasing seasonal ingredients with Chef Koji trained at renowned Kitcho in Tokyo.
Casual kaiseki is the format here, with multi-course Japanese meals built around seasonal ingredients and presented with attention to flavor, color, texture and plating. The restaurant occupies the historic Massolo building in downtown Millbrae, designed by architect Charles Fantoni, who also designed St. Peter and Paul Church in North Beach. Both lunch and dinner are served, and the restaurant takes private parties, group dining and catering bookings, with live music on occasion.
