Holy Sushi is a kosher Japanese restaurant in Palo Alto, operating under kosher supervision with dine-in service plus pickup and delivery. Chef Wilson brings more than 15 years of kosher sushi experience, having trained under sushi specialist Yoko and worked in Bay Area fine dining kitchens. The restaurant says he uses his own recipes for treating fish, making vinegar and preparing rice, and works with specialty fish not typically found at kosher establishments.
