Howie's Artisan Pizza operates at Town and Country Village in Palo Alto, across from Stanford University. Pizzas include the margherita, prosciutto and arugula, a baked potato pie, sausage with roasted red onion, and a pesto pie. Handmade pasta covers fettuccine bolognese, bucatini carbonara, rigatoni alla vodka and spaghetti and meatballs, with a chicken parm sandwich and salads alongside. The shop also sells dough balls, pasta kits and frozen lasagna bolognese, baked ziti and cauliflower gratin for cooking at home.
