Hatched is an egg-forward breakfast kitchen at Town and Country Village in Palo Alto, with a second counter in a Sunnyvale food hall. Sandwiches, avocado toasts and salads anchor the menu, among them the Holy Shiitake sandwich, a Fuji apple salad and garlic parmesan tater tots. An espresso and matcha bar pours locally roasted coffee and Japanese matcha, including a black sesame matcha. Catering and online ordering are available.
