Cheerful daytime cafe near Stanford serving generous housemade soups, paninis, and daily specials in a relaxed neighborhood setting.
Fambrini's Cafe has been a neighborhood staple on El Camino Real in Palo Alto since 2011, run by Nick and Galia. Breakfast is served all day and brunch on weekends, with dishes such as avocado toast with a fried egg, croque madame, smoked salmon toast, fat and fluffy French toast, and Lotus Biscoff pancakes. Chicken breast, tri tip, and seafood are marinated and cooked on site for the salads, bowls, and sandwiches. The cafe is built around alfresco dining in a garden patio that welcomes dogs, and it also caters.
