Family owned Filipino restaurant serving authentic yet modern cuisine. Named after two Manila women who brought people together through food.
Inda + Mely brings a playful point of view to Filipino cooking in San Bruno. The menu keeps dishes such as kare-kare, Bicol Express, and garlic fried rice close at hand, then adds unexpected combinations including sisig carbonara and kalderetang baka with blue cheese mashed potatoes. We like that balance of recognizable comfort food and ideas that give the table something new to talk about. There is plenty to share, from longganisa-filled spring rolls and lechon-topped sisig fries to prawns in coconut milk and crab-fat sauce. The six-hour roasted pork belly is paired with risotto, while a vegetable kare-kare provides another way to enjoy the peanut-based dish. Finish with halo-halo, buko pandan, or turon baklava. Named in tribute to two women from Santa Cruz, Manila, this San Bruno Avenue restaurant makes its family inspiration part of a distinctly individual Filipino fusion menu.
