Nobu Restaurant Palo Alto

Nobu Palo Alto belongs to the global group founded by Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, which now spans more than fifty locations, and it shares a building with a Nobu Hotel. The kitchen serves the dishes the group is known for, including yellowtail jalapeno, black cod marinated in den miso, rock shrimp tempura with creamy spicy sauce, and sashimi salad with Matsuhisa dressing. The house recommendation is to order several dishes family style, moving from cold plates to hot dishes and then sushi. Weekend afternoon tea and bento box catering are also offered.
