Coupa Cafe has been a family-owned fixture in downtown Palo Alto since 2004 and now runs additional cafes on the Stanford campus, including the Green Library kiosk and the Huang Engineering Center. Coffee is roasted locally from arabica beans grown in Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala, Brazil, Ethiopia, and India. The business supports local farmers and sustainable agriculture and promotes organic and fair trade ingredients. It belongs to the California Restaurant Association and the Specialty Coffee Association of America.
