Family-run and recently relocated within San Mateo, Peking Alley cooks authentic Peking-style dishes and other traditional Chinese fare. Noodles are made by hand and the owner makes dumplings on site, with house-smoked chicken, walnut shrimp, Peking style pork belly, kung pao beef, veggie chow fun and hand-made noodles in black bean sauce on the menu. The restaurant presents itself as undecorated home-style cooking rather than an upscale room. Dine-in and online ordering are available.
