Sushi is the core of the menu at Kodawari in San Mateo, where the kitchen also sends out premium beef katsu, miso salmon, bacon mochi, and beef skewers. Rice bowls include the chirashi don deluxe and the kaisen don. Online ordering for takeout is available.
