Pilot Light is a cafe inside the Half Moon Bay Airport, run by the husband-and-wife team behind San Mateo's All Spice. Breakfast and lunch include a Dutch baby pancake topped with berries, preserves and whipped cream, a breakfast sandwich of over easy egg, cheese and bacon on grilled sourdough with potato hash, and North African shakshuka. A big, easy patio looks out on planes taking off, with mountains on one side and farm fields on the other.
