Sapporo Rock-N-Roll Sushi serves what it calls ocean fresh sushi daily in San Mateo, with a VIP dining area available. Signature offerings include rolls made with fresh ingredients and unique seasonings, a Secret Box course of six sections of daily highlights that must be reserved in advance, and a Toro Tasting of four varieties of fish served with condiments. Dine-in, takeout, and delivery are all offered, and reservations are taken by phone.
