Spinning Dough builds unconventional flavors onto thin crust and calls itself the home of the ube and longanisa pizzas, now offered in a 12 inch size. The pizzeria started in San Francisco and has since moved to Millbrae, where it operates inside Modern Eats. The Millbrae location has dine-in service and beer, with an outside patio planned. Weekday lunch and dinner specials cover slices, whole pizzas, and combination deals.
