Tilak Indian Cuisine opened on Santa Cruz Avenue in Menlo Park in 2017, serving Indian and Nepalese cooking. Chef Tilak Gurung trained across Nepal, Korea, and the United States, and cooked for Apple and Dropbox before opening his own place. The menu centers on chaats, curries, and tandoor specialties prepared in traditional style, with a few fusion creations of his own. A business lunch menu runs on weekdays alongside the regular one.
