Clark's Oyster Bar in Menlo Park is the group's fifth location and its second in California, serving lunch, brunch and dinner seven days a week. The kitchen covers freshly shucked oysters, crudo, lobster roll, daily fish specials, caviar and blini, bowls of chowder and cioppino, and a much-loved burger with shoestring fries. The bar specializes in martinis and signature cocktails alongside an extensive Champagne and wine list. Its nautically inspired design is light and airy, with a bustling oyster bar, a dining room and a patio.
